Fitgirl Conditioning and Dry-land Training

A fitness program designed specifically for your team with input and direction from coaches. Team Conditioning or Dry-land can have teams ranging in size from 8-20 players. Teams can also join together for a group session. Fitgirl can arrange a meeting space or the team can arrange a space.

Workouts will be challenging, fun and strive to make a positive impact on girls’ fitness and over-all self-confidence.
