Fitgirl is designed intentionally for teen girls and their ever-changing needs. Workouts are challenging, fun and strive to make a positive impact on girls’ fitness and over-all self-confidence. We work with adolescent girls (ages 11-18) who are already involved in sport to advance their speed, strength, endurance and education about injury prevention.
